- If a sold item is returned by a customer after one month, the commission will be deducted from your payment.
- Sadigh Gallery retains the right to cancel your Affiliate or Reseller License without any prior Notice.
- Documents provided By Sadigh Gallery to accompanying items should exclusively be used for that item only.
- Misuse of Sadigh gallery's name to obtain business for other products will be prosecuted by state law of New York City.
- All disputes are subject to the state law of New York City.
- All commissions are calculated only on the item price without any shipping or gift packaging price on it.
- Item returns with in a week are subject to inspection. Any breakage found in the item will be disqualified, and will not be exchanged or issued any check.
- All commission checks are mailed after one month after the sale.
